Grace Family Care is owned and operated by Pavel and Ligia Dragomir, who run it the way you would expect of a true family home, with personal involvement and a standard of care they set and hold every day.
Our caregivers are kind, patient, and well-trained, with ongoing education in dementia and Alzheimer's care. They are here around the clock, providing one-on-one assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and medication management. We can provide care through our own affiliated providers or work alongside the doctors and hospice teams your family already trusts.
What Daily Life Looks Like
We built our days around comfort, dignity, and connection:
Three home-cooked meals daily, plus juice, coffee, and snacks
Personalized, one-on-one care tailored to each resident
Medication management handled by trained staff
Activities, movies, birthdays, and holidays celebrated together with families
Regular hospice visits and physician assessments when needed
A fully wheelchair-accessible home with a generator, sprinklers, and secured door alarms for peace of mind

Because we are small, nothing slips through the cracks. Our staff watch closely, respond quickly, and keep families in the loop. If something changes with your loved one, you hear about it right away, not days later.
The hardest part of this season is often the worry. We answer it with open communication. Visit any time, ask any question, sit with your loved one over lunch. You will always be welcome here, and you will always have answers. That trust is what families remember most about Grace.
